โ Hotels is very convenient, good location, just next to the mall, but the hotel room is too dark, not enough lights, room is big and washroom is clean, only one thing is too dark in the roomโ
โI had to relax because it was quiet there and i didnt know the office wasnt 24 hrs i had to leave around 4 am it was difficult to connect to someone to come to assist you but next time i wont requesting early fly if i have to stay at this hotelthat i didnt like but the place was safe and quiet.โ
โThe rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant dรฉcor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando Florida โ
โSince we arrive, front desk was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and that was a plus. The only thing it was the parks They were kind of far from the hotel and the airport, but we definitely will stay there again.๐๐๐โ
โStaff was great, and very friendly. The room was very clean and had a great set up. For a hotel as economical as this one, it was above and beyond! Looking to save on lodging when youโre spending a small fortune on the theme parks? This is a great choice, only a mile and a half or so away from universal/ islands of adventure. โ
โThe hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!!! My only issue was that the tvs had problems and the staff was well aware of it and were working to fix it. We only stayed one night so take this review for what it's worth. Either way they still get 5 stars across the board!!!!โ
