"The staff was kind of poor. I asked for someone to come fix my tv an they said I’d be a priority, well I waited an no one ever came. I could never get thru to front desk I always had to walk down there. The ice machine on the 5th floor is broken an I had asked for ice 5 times in 2 days. Nobody ever brought any until I left a note for the housekeeper, an she got me some. When we first arrived on the 27th of March, there’s was strings of hair stuck to the bathroom shower wall. & no can liners in the trash cans. But housekeeping was amazing. "

"The hotel is close to the water park, and the front desk was very helpful to give us advice to take uber to citywalk rather than driving there. We saved about $20. There are a lot of restautants around. Our room was clean and quiet."

"I reserved and paid for this room from Friday to Sunday. I notified the hotel that I was going to be arriving at the property at 7 am on Saturday since I had an overnight flight and needed the room to sleep and rest on Saturday morning. I called Friday before boarding to confirm… the staff was the most unprofessional, rude person who responded that since I was a no show my room may not be available at 7 am. And that I had to pay per hour for early check in. How is that possible if check out was supposed to be at 11 am on Sunday… Anyhow, reconsider booking a room in this place!! I’ve never encountered a hotel with staff who are not willing to assist the customer!!! "

"Room was dirty, not stocked with products, standing water in the tub, sink didn’t shut off, bathroom door did not close, house keeping came into our room before check out, no water/ food available for purchase in the grocery section. "
