"They do not clean the rooms often unless you request it. We stayed for four nights and asked for it to be cleaned, but it never was. It was over a holiday weekend, but was disappointing."

"Right off the bat, we booked with OYO only to find out when navigating from our airport that it sold/closed and is now under a new name (Econolodge). I wasn’t notified. It was definitely not renovated when we went, though I believe they’re claiming it is (it must be in the EARLIEST stage if true). The property is extremely run down, very unlike the photos. Water damage in the ceiling tiles in the hallways looks like something from The Last Of Us (very glaring, not at all subtle). Everything looks worn: furniture, sheets, paint jobs, etc. Pillows feel like several fistfuls of fluff in a sack. Litter in the stairways and hallways that persists for days. There is NO WI-FI. No front desk staff from 11pm-7am. The woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful, but she was the only one on staff so the check-in process/guest services can be a bit slow if there’s a line. To be clear, not her fault. Just feels like a mismanaged business. The AC in the room works very well, though it is quite noisy. The rooms look much better than the lobby, parking/outside area, and hallways, but that is setting the bar Very Low. This place is fine if you want to save money and are ok with only getting the bare minimum (though be aware you need $50 cash for the deposit), but just know it isn’t at all like the photos. I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew. I don’t think it would pass any kind of inspection. "

"Staff was very professional and pleasant. Room smelled like old weed -- which was a bit gross and there were some other issues, but staff was helpful in getting them resolved and assured me I wouldn't get charged for the smoke smell upon arrival (there's a 250$ charge for smoking in the room, so I wanted to be clear the smell was there when I arrived). If it hadn't been for the pleasant people at the front desk and being exhausted at check-in, I would not have stayed. It's an older building, the rooms showed wear but the mattresses were new and comfortable. I think they gave me a room that was safely situated (the majority of the rooms are street/parking lot facing) and did their best to correct some of the initial concerns. So 5 star for staff. The 24/7 coffee and the breakfast options were great. I was only staying one night for a flight. The pool was the size of an average house pool and did have a disability access chair, which was nice. New patio furniture. The pool needed skimming- lots of leaves in the area-- but the water was clear and there were people using it. Doordash etc was easy and accessible and there is a restaurant next door. All told, I probably would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time, but for the cheaper price it was fine and convenient. "

"I enjoyed the outside sitting area, the food and drinks were really good. Lettie was a great bartender, Anthony was very helpful at the front desk and Cathy was a pleasant smile at the breakfast bar. I do have to say that the bed and pillows we're some of the best I've ever slept on at a hotel."
