“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that ”

“Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend”

The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. “The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend”

“Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room. ”

“Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. Sure if i asked would have got wifi code. Would use her again and recommend her to friends”

“The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten. “The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer.”

“The place itself is nice. Internally…… its right above a very noise pub doing karaoke till gone 11. The flat is not sound proof at all. We booked this last minute on a Friday for the Saturday night. At 2pm on the Saturday afternoon i picked up an email saying we need a £150 deposit now and 2 photo forms of ID. 1 for each adult. “Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”

“When we arrived there were cream chargers (laughing gas canisters), drugs clip bags and smashed glass all over the back yard. Also the end of a weed joint on the top of a door frame and blood on toilet paper. Despite this we were denied our security deposit after the stay ”
