"Lodgings are very nice and clean. My family enjoyed the setting and all the amenities. One issue is that they didn’t check ID to verify we were the holders of the actual reservation. The other issue was the restaurant and bar service. They failed to properly staff this operation Sunday night of our stay. Only two young ladies running front desk and the kitchen that got overwhelmed by approximately 6-10 families requesting food and drinks. I attempted to order three drinks and after 45mins to an hour waiting, I was forced to ask for a refund due to them being so overwhelmed and close to their 8pm close time. We also had a poor interaction with what I would assume was a park host or maintenance person, that was requested by staff to replace a propane tank for a restaurant patio fire pit. He proceeded to lecture both my family who was sitting in front of a lit fire and a nice couple sitting at the neighboring fire pit that needed attention. He kept saying that it was user error. That propane tank could have been just replaced or lit without negative feedback from staff for vacationing patrons. I’m hopeful these are isolated experiences because the property and experience is very nice and relaxing."
