Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

No conocía esta Hacienda y me sorprendió la belleza del lugar, así como sus instalaciones hermosas, perfectamente cuidadas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. La hacienda es grande, cuenta con dos lagos artificiales y 3 albercas exteriores climatizadas en perfectas condiciones. El museo del tequila también es hermoso y en general toda la decoración del lugar está muy cuidada. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial e incluso me entregaron la habitación 3 horas antes del check in. Quedé gratamente sorprendido.

Nos fue muy bien en el Radisson

Está muy bonito el hotel, sus dos albercas climatizadas son geniales. Es espacio para bodas y eventos y eso lo puede tornar ruidoso. Como no nos tocó, la tranquilidad del lugar fue extraordinaria.
