Hotel arranged a luxury speedboat trip through Saigon River Tours. It cost about $75 each including lunch, admission, and snacks. 12 guests fit on a boat, so the group size was limited. The guide was good and took us to all the stops at Cu Chi. The boat trip (1.5 hours each way) was fun, and we were pleased not to be shuttled to factories to buy stuff as happens on bus tours.

This tour is slightly anti American, if you are American and easily offended, I don’t recommend.
