"This property is very nice and the rooms were clean, neat and modern. The two on site restaurants were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Views from the 28th floor lobby were outstanding! The hotel location was right across the street from the Market and only a 1/4 mile from Ho Chi Minh square and the river. Pool area was nice. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 8pm, ha! Other then that we would DEFINITELY stay here again. You can not go wrong with this property! "

"The pool is great for doing lengths, and there's also a sauna and gym. There's also a children's room, billiards, table football etc - perfect for a family, and also for adults. The supermarket just opposite the back door has everything you might want and more. it is in District 3, so in a quiet area, but still sufficiently central for tour operator pick-ups etc. Couldn't be better."

"The airport pickup was difficult to locate upon arrival, and there was no prior communication beyond the confirmation email to guide me. After waiting about 30 minutes without success, I arranged my own transportation and took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the pickup situation was discussed with me multiple times and was ultimately resolved the following day. Although I was unable to use the airport pickup service, I was still required to pay for it. The manager did offer a resolution, which included honoring the pickup charge in exchange for a late checkout and a complimentary lunch, which I accepted. Aside from this experience, my stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit."
