โCannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially โThe Retreatโ if youโre travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! โ

โAlthough the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless.
This hotel really needs to educate its managers.
Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.โ
โWe selected a second floor luxury apartment looking out to the village square. Nevertheless, it was quaint and quiet. A one minute walk to the first beach bar, to the first grocery store and plenty of parking space most of the time. Just beautiful.โ
โWhat a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. โ
โWohlfรผhlen pur. Bis ins kleinste Detail abgestimmt. Ambiente wundervoll, Essen und Blick nicht zu toppen. Auf den Betten schlรคft man wie auf einer Wolke.
Das Personal ist nicht nur fรคhig, sondern jeder hat diese besondere Fรคhigkeit auf Menschen einzugehen und sich zu kรผmmern.

โPrecioso lugar. Rodeado de naturaleza y unas vistas fantรกsticas. El hotel super bonito, decorado con mucho detalle. La habitaciรณn era grande y muy cรณmoda, como una casa :)
