โWhat a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. โ

โAlthough the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless.
This hotel really needs to educate its managers.
Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.โ
โThe views from our room were fabulous. You can see the cliffs and the sea for miles on end. La Gomera island is also visible from the terrace. The pool was very nice too. I'd recommend this place. It was very close to a 4 star hotel. โ
โIt is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family.
Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing.
The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch.

โThis resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant.
I also enjoyed songs from the resortโs own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple.
Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...

The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean.
Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

โFree Muffins coffee and tea in the morning and inexpensive dinner cooked by the skilled employees and volunteers of the hostel. The roll was a little small for six people. But I was plenty comfortable. The people that work and volunteer there are very friendly and helpful.
