โA super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. โ
โWe had a fantastic stay. Amanda, Todd and their staff were kind and wonderful and all of Amandaโs suggestions were spot on. We loved sitting on the rooftop in the evenings and watching the sunset. It was walkable to the main drag in Esperanza and provided a great base for exploring the island. We would definitely recommend. โ

โI stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier.
