"When I arrived at the property the lobby wqs overrun with guest, I asumed that it was just a busy Saturday afternoon at check in time. I arrive at the front desk and was told by a gentleman that there were no rooms available at the moment (even though I had a reservation) he had nonETA of when a room would become availabe. He said that housekeeping was behind. That explained why the lobby was filled with people and checked in luggage. I pleaded with the gentleman because I had an event to...
