"The staff at this resort are phenomenal! You have never met a staff so versed in customer service. It didn’t matter whether you made a request to the front desk or just interacted with a staff member passing by, each and every person I encountered made it their business to help. Additionally, the other guests are friendly, welcoming and I enjoyed meeting and interacting with each of them. I must give special recognition to Cornelia who I believe is on the housekeeping and sometimes front desk fill in staff. She saw me walking with my cane and stopped what she was doing to assist me in finding my room and lending a supportive hand to get there. She then took the time to check on me several times throughout my stay. She became my friend. I will certainly look for her when I return. She truly is the best!"
