“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“Great location but the staff was not pleasant to deal with- rude ! The toilet was not working properly, I got bit by black ants in my bed. Food was poor quality and drinks were horrible. Will not recommend!!!!”

“The resort is nice. My main complaint was majority of the staff. Specifically wait staff, bartenders and waitresses. Upon arriving, we were checked in by a nice young lady but other than her, most staff was rude and not accommodating. Some of the resort is a bit dated, our air conditioner leaked water and the sink drained very slow. The food is ok, best service was from the Italian restaurant, all other serves seemed to not want to be bothered.”
