“The pictures on the site must be old because the property is pretty run down. I was there in April 2026 and was shocked at how run down it looked. Even though the staff were nice, it was not what I expected. If you are there for a weekend this place is ok but I wouldn’t stay for a long trip. Breakfast is not worth the 15 dollars, I would eat off site.”

“Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense.
