“There was no staff present for breakfast; I paid for breakfast but never received it. It was 10:00 AM and still no breakfast, so I left the hotel without ever getting what I had paid for. Furthermore, there was no soap in the bathroom and no towels in the room; I had to wait 45 minutes just to get some basic towels.”

“Good and safe location”

“Was all good. Beach is for able bodied swimmers, to rough for small ones and non swimmers. A little entertainment watching planes come in as runway is viewable from hotel. Pool good , Nothing to complain about.”

“lovley parking secured and the VIEW of th ebeahc and airport as the planes come in our lovely day dreamers”

“Rooms were very clean, beautiful view, friendly staff. Definitely will stay there again”

Most of the staff members were kind and courteous, although a few seemed less than enthusiastic when assisting guests. One thing I noticed was a difference in how some staff members treated guests with all-inclusive bracelets versus those without them. In some instances, guests without the all-inclusive bracelet...
