"The biggest surprise for us was the heated floors in each hotel room! It was very cozy and warm especially when it was cold outside."

"The Hotel sits in the center of the main part of Creel and is a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk or short taxi ride to the El Chepe train station. Our only complaint were the very firm beds that made sleeping difficult."

"Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the canyons. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The only downside is that if you stay on the first floor, you can hear footsteps from the rooms above. Hotel is in front of the Chepe Express station"
