Sadly the swimming pool was freezing (advertised as 17 degrees was around 5 degrees) and the sauna did not heat properly - I chose this hotel for those two amenities so I am very disappointed! I have emailed the hotel to find some kind of compensation as £40 for one night and to not even be able to enjoy the pool and sauna is very disappointing and upsetting! If they sort out the pool and sauna then the hotel will be fabulous! All staff were helpful and kind!

I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel value, the service was excellent and location was safe and quiet. We had exceptional customer service from Herson, whom went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pictures on the website were not all accurate but we were happy with our stay.
