Cusco, Cusco Region hotel rooms at the Hyatt Hotels

"Home away from home! The staff at the hotel - reception, breakfast, and room service was top notch. Extremely friendly and helpful. I originally planned on staying only one evening, but ended up staying for 5 plus 1 nights. The location is a bit out of the central area but cabs / rideshare is quick and inexpensive. I stayed there again after the initial stay (trip to Machu Picchu) and they stored my large bag, and had it in my original room upon my return. Highly recommended "

"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."

"Beautiful hotel and room with wonderful view of Cusco. The staff were excellent. We had requested early check-in and Angela provided it without asking when we checked in. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A really lovely and unexpected touch was the lovely fruit plate that was delivered to our door in appreciation for our business. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Team for making our time in Cusco special! "
