The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful. The hotel is great. Two things to consider about the location: 1. Though close to the main square on the map, the hotel sits on a hill which at 12,000 feet (3,700 meters) is a strenuous walk for some. 2. there is not much in the way of dining or shops in the immediate (within about 4 blocks) of the hotel.
