Room is small and ideal for solo trip. Parking is terrible. “First come first serve” not ideal when you’re arriving at midnight. The streets aren’t the safest. Other than that, room is clean, modern, and cute. Kiosk staff really helpful and easy to check in and out.

I don’t know what to expect coming into the hotel, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Very clean and smells lovely. The staff are very friendly and the room service is very fast. Would come again 100%

Everything was great. I loved the unit. All the amenities was provided. We were so comfortable. Location was good. I would definitely come back. We had an issue for early check in ( only 2 hours ) which was solved

My overall review for Hotel Maya is that its a lovely place with view of the harbor and Queen Mary. The amenities offered was decent. The staff members were helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
