“My biggest complaint is that there is no personal touch and you never meet any staff and have to figure out things on your own. We were constantly referred to the reception but there never was anyone at reception. We’re not able to use the safe in the room because there was a sign that said ask reception for the PIN but no one was there. We were lucky to bump into the cleaning lady who showed us how to use the keys but her English was poor. All communication is done through WhatsApp. Reply...

“Quello che mi é piaciuto di più é l’accoglienza che il proprietario ci ha riservato, una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima! La struttura perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, ad un minuto dal centro, vicinissima al mare! Se dovessi consigliare questa struttura ad un amico lo farei ad occhi chiusi! Se dovessi tornare in Sicilia, di sicuro tornerei lì senza cercare altro!”
