"It is a lovely hotel, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. We played the golf course it is really nice and staff there were also very helpful. The restaurant only offered a three course meal for €65, there was no à la carte option. Also, the menu and food offered in the bar was certainly not of a standard expected from a hotel bar with a four star rating."

"Lovely hotel in a great location of Maynooth. Rooms are a good size and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Water restocked daily but one day had to ask for tea bags and milk. We had breakfast and enjoyed the choice of foods on offer. Having a honeycomb out for the honey is a nice touch. The honey didn’t taste like sugar syrup. I always enjoy wheaten bread when in Ireland and theirs is lovely. The adult pool area is clean. Didn’t use the hot tub, sauna or steam room. These were quite busy and the hot tub had couples fawning over each other, so, would have felt uncomfortable going in. Over the 3 days we had no issue finding a parking spot even though it always seemed to be packed."

"The hotel is nice with two places to eat, an outdoor seating area, and a couple of floors with rooms. I had a room above the main entrance and while it was comfy, there was absolutely no noise prevention with either the window or the door. I could hear everything. There's a tag that offers ear plugs, but I'd rather see them invest in better sound proofing. The bed was firm, which I enjoyed. It's close to some food options as well in the area. I can't speak to the food options in the hotel as I didnt eat there. Overall comfy, but the noise was noticeable. Staff is very friendly."
