"Excellent front desk staff"

"The location is fabulous. So close to various venues. The famous fountain of “Eternal Life” and park is located right behind the hotel. The odd numbered rooms have a view of the fountain. The facility is beautiful. It was once home to the Cleveland Board of Education. It is well maintained, extremely clean, and comfortable. The vibe here is so relaxed and chill. The staff is very friendly, even the other guests were pleasant and chill. We received vouchers for the Kickback Happy Hour which started at 5:30pm and ended at 7pm. It included more than just light snacks and beverages. It also included three drinks from the bar. It was a lot of fun. The breakfast was much better than the typical “breakfast included” hotels. The eggs, sausage, home fries, biscuits/gravy, bagels, toast, sweet breads, waffles, and oatmeal were tasty and plentiful along with the accompaniments. The double queen room was immaculate. The linens were so white, crisp, and fresh smelling. The one bed just a bit firm. I am not sure about the other bed. The room had a fridge, microwave, TV, iron, safe, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. The bathroom was also immaculate. No stray hairs. I didn’t feel the need to wear my sandals here because it was that clean (I did anyway though - just because it is habit). The attention to cleanliness is apparent here. Would look for Drury Hotels first when booking hotels because of the value and cleanliness."
