“I had a great stay at Spark by Hilton Northborough. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Everything felt well-maintained, making it a great value for the price. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. “The room is very dry and hear is noisy and not warm. I could hear all the sounds from upstairs and outside of room. The window can't be opened so it is difficult to get the fresh air. For long term stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel since the breakfast menu is never changed.”

“We called ahead to ensure late check-in would be possible; the gentleman at the front desk desk was very polite, efficient and professional as we arrived at nearly midnight. however, the lady at the front desk during check-out was cold and unfriendly, curtly instructing us to drop the key cards in the box and gruffly said, "you're good to go". so, there is some unevenness with staff professionalism, but we did not have to interact with them much at all.”
