โReceived a wonderful greeting upon check in by Dawn, was very informative and friendly, making (very late) check in a breeze.
The room was specious and clean. We travelled as a family of 3, and had plenty of room.
Breakfast was plentiful and all areas were cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout. As soon as dishes were finished with, the staff were quickly removing and cleaning tables.
Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will 100% be visiting again.

โExcellent stay with great staff. Good location. Had a problem with the shower not able to control the temperature of the water too hot.. Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. โExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ยฃ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ยฃ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
