旧市街からは少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内かと思います。建物が可愛くて、部屋も清潔、スタッフも親切で特に若奥様は英語が堪能でした。朝食は５～６種類の中から選べるものでしたが、美味しかったです。

何か困ったことがあっても都度声掛けして下さるので過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、ホイアンまで歩くには少し距離があるので1ドルで自転車を借りた方が快適でした。

A lovely homestay with friendly owners in a very good location. I spent 2 nights here in standard room. The room was clean enough and big. Just 5-10 mins walk to Old town and night market and other tourist places but in a quiet area. The family was very helpful and welcoming. Grab car from here back to DAD was VND 330,000 but they could book me with much lower price. They have the breakfast and also a bike and motorbike for rent. I highly recommend this place for a family or single travelles who want to stay in a quiet place at a budget price

Good choice

Two single males so opted for two single beds and end edd up with two queen beds in very large room. Staff were very friendly and nothig was a problem. When i return to Hoi An i would stay again.

What fantastic service, so friendly and helpful

1st staying in a homestay... very enjoyable, more like a small boutique hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, very good AC and excellent wifi. The best thing about the stay is the family that runs it, absolutely top class, so friendly and really helpful, will organise tours, trips and taxis for you but without the big sales push. Lastly, it is set back from the main street and is nice and quiet. It took about 10mins walk to get to the old town but still an enjoyable walk, decent local coffee and food nearby, a small minimart about 50m away,

Dejligt sted med skønne mennesker

Et perfekt hotel, der passede lige til vores behov. Det er utrolig søde mennesker og hotellet har en perfekt placering i forhold til den gamle by. Hotelværelset er stort og har en dejlig seng - vandet i bruseren har en smule svært ved at blive koldt.

Nice homestay!

The family is very kind to us and the room is okay as the price is very cheap. We back home very late after count down and feel sorry to wake them up at midnight, but they are still very nice. However, the airconditioner is a little bit noisy, and no hair dryer at the room. But afterall is very nice:))

breakfast not very good and with small portion. But the owner very friendly and helpful. One bad thing is they dont offer free bicycle while others homestay they do provide free bicycle to people. one bicycle they charged 20.000VND per day. Room is spacious and cozy.

意外にオールドタウンまで近いです。

みなさん本当に親切でにこやかです。当日はフエからのバスが早く着き、チエックインの時間も臨機応変に対応してくださいました。2泊しましたが夜の街歩きを楽しむことができました。ドアの鍵が上手く開けられず、ほぼみなさんに開けてもらいました。ダナンへはローカルバスで移動、バスターミナルまで歩いて20分くらい道なりに真っ直ぐなので分かりやすいです。節約ひとり旅さんには 有難い宿です お勧めします。

The staff were extremely nice, we arrived well before the check in time and they pretty much put us in straight away. very very helpful with everything and great comfort, wifi was very good and great big room and some good english channels on tv. was a great stay, quite cheap and would highly recommend to anyone! thank you

God beliggenhed og meget for pengene.

Hyggeligt familedrevet homestay med fin beliggenhed i område 10 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel. Dejligt store og rene værelser med det man behøver mest og fint badeværelse. Vi lejede også scooter på stedet. Meget for pengene og søde mennesker.

Free bikes to beach 10 min. Close to everything (Old Town, shopping, food). Family running it is awesome. Great breakfast. Transfer to airport at 6 am ? No problem! Very inexpensive and luxurious SUV. Quiet side street. Feels very safe. Absolutely loved it and going back.

Very cute and friendly

Really cute homestay with very nice staff that are always eager to help! Maybe it is not the most up to date place but for that price you can not ask for more. The breakfast options are a bit limited but its okey, you can rent a bike or motorbike from them if you want to go the beach or explore the areas around. Very close to the center of Hoi An.

親切な家族経営のペンション

小さなペンションという感じ。とても親切な母娘（たぶんw）がいらっしゃいます。観光のことなど親身に相談にのってくれました。テレビもあったし、毎日清掃に来てくれてとても清潔でした。ちなみに、朝食はパンかフォーが選べますが、断然フォーをオススメします！！いいかげんフォーに飽きていたのですが、ここのフォーは中部地方独特でスープや具が違いました。とっても美味しかったです。

部屋は清潔で毎日清掃してくれます。（最終日のみ忘れられてました） レンタサイクルやランドリーも良心的な料金で部屋のミネラルウォーターはスーパーと同じ値段だったので助かった。 旧市街(ちょい遠め）やバスターミナルにも徒歩圏内なので観光に便利。 シャワーブース内にアメニティー等を置く場所が無かったのが唯一不便に感じた点です。

最高の滞在

一泊のみの滞在でしたが、とても親切にしてくださりました。自転車を100円程で借りられるので、川沿いや観光地、ビーチも楽々行けるのが良かったです。帰り、ダナン市内まで行くシャトルバスを予約してくださり、徒歩でバス乗り場まで送って頂いたのも有り難かったです。
