The hostel is very clean, its staff 10 out of 10, breakfast was excellent , the beach was very nice and just cross the street. Highly recommended.

Should not be granted 5 stars. I have stayed at many 5 star Hotels & 4 Star Hotels & although the Building was in good condition. They would not allow me to run a tab on my credit card so I could order food to the room. The room was noisy and had a veiw of a constuction site. The beds were uncomfortable & the fact I was charged for a lost key card made the whole experience of my stay there an uncomfortable memory. 2 awful nights without a decent nights sleep and ended up with a bad back.

It was a great stay at the DLG Hotel Da Nang. It is a convenient location by the crystal clear sand beach My Khe, Da Nang. The staff was so friendly especially front reception managed by Mr. Hieu. The food was so delicious well managed by F&B manager Mr Dong. Overall, thanks for great hotel management by the GM Mr Khanh. We recommend to all people who love Da Nang. Good location, Nice hotel
It was clean and nice hotel. I stayed at 10th floor but you can still hear cars and music outside from the busy beach strip but the room was big, clean and modern. Very nice gym! I just didn’t enjoy feeling of being watch all the time by the men staff while working out there and lying by the pool.

The location of hotel is perfect One can walk to everything. The hotel is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was yummy the only complaint about breakfast is if your staying more than 3 days it can get boring. They serve the same menu over and over. 5 star hotel change up on the menu and they did not. Also, 5 star hotels own their own airport shuttle and they do not. It was a hired service. Overall the people where very nice and helpful.

not a perfect stay
We had some issues with the shower spraying to the ceiling, the master bath isn't really a shower as it will spray all over the floor if you try to use it as a shower, reception didn't pass along our reservation for afternoon tea, only 1 person received a fork for afternoon tea, ... Issues were all resolved but it took extra time and effort on our part. Gift shop items were not price marked and we were told different prices on the same item by two different employees. Breakfast was a lot of choices however we were not greeted when we walked in and didn't know if we could sit anywhere. We stood at the door for a good 5 minutes and no one approached us. it was really weird for a 5 star. Beach is across the busy street. Hotel does not have a private section - it is all public access.

Buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were plentiful. The master bath is not really a shower option since with water sprays all over the floor if try to stand up to shower. Had to use the kids bathroom to shower. Kid's shower sprayed all over the ceiling and had to call maintenance to fix it. Room service menu is very limited. If you order off the regular menu for room service, there is a 20% additional charge.For example, we wanted Hawaiian pizza instead of margarita pizza which was on the room service menu and had to pay additional 20%. I was given two different prices for an item in the hotel shop by two different employees. I expected prices to be marked and consistent and not to have them increase depending on the employee. I used another service to rent a portable wifi device and was told to leave it at reception when I checked out in a pre-marked envelope. Reception would not take it and I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with the service and have them call the hotel to convince them to take it. All in all, issues were resolved but the extra time it took was frustrating. Staff was friendly though.

3 Nights in Da Nang
It is the best hotel in my 12 nights trip in Vitenam, comfortable bed, big room with seaview, two outdoor swimming pools, buffet breakfast with quality food and walking distance to lots of local restaurants. I also enjoyed to walk along the beach in the morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends if they decide to stay in Da Nang for holiday. Thank you.

When a hotel exceeds your expectations....
This is an amazing new hotel on edge of the My Khe beach area of Danang. You cross a street and you are on the beach. The hotel is spotless and elegant, with marble, wood sided hallways, new carpet. It reminded my of an old fashioned elegant hotel, yet it felt perfectly comfortable to be dressed casually. with two great pools, a workout space (good equipment!) and the most spectacular and memorable breakfast buffet that is included in your stay. It is in a spacious dining area and full of asian as well as western options. It was a highlight of the trip lingering over different dishes, drinking good coffee and reading before taking a stroll down the beach. The front desk will book drivers for tours, but you can also use Grab in that area to go to other area restaurants. We were there on the season's cusp and got a suite with an ocean view for an incredible price. I really loved this hotel and would be my first choice in a next visit.
