Wonderful, brand new boutique hotel managed by a lovely owner who is both generous and helpful. Rooms are pristine, appliances are modern and of highest quality, and best of all, in mint condition. Highly recommend this place for short term stays

The owner is absolutely exceptional and kind, and he has two lovely dogs! The hotel itself is modern and well furnished, and the breakfast is pretty good as well. The location is a bit out of the main roads, but cars can still pass through and bicycles can be used to go to most good locations in Hoi An.

Amazing!! A fantastic stay here. Exceptionally clean, everything we needed in the room, Will the host was so helpful and kind. The property for us was in a perfect location. So peaceful and the best night sleep we had in Vietnam. Bikes are free to use so we cycled to the beach and to the town. Both were around 20 minutes on the bike. Some lovely little cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Of an evening we would get a Grab into town which cost less than £2. An amazing stay and one we did not want to leave.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The owner is really friendly and accommodating and he has two adrable dogs. I enjoyed spending time with them. The hotel is located between beach and city center. I can easily access both areas.
