All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are excellent, Asian and continental. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Free shuttle bus into town, and bike hire. Easy walk to beach.

Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations.

The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it.

4 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay as we like the location of the hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast had a great choice. Our room was spacious, however it looked as though they had been doing renovations in it which were not finished. There were wires hanging from the walls, were the wardrobe was it had a gap with a hole in the wall and we could hear the family with children quite loudly next door. I’d stay again but ask for a different room.

The staff are all brilliant, very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make your stay a brilliant one. Good size and well equipped rooms, we had a rver view room where you can watch the comings and goings of the boats, plus the birdlife. About one minute to the nearest beach with restaurants and sunbeds, or you can use the beds and pool at the hotel, there is also a bar for cocktails etc. The grounds are very well kept, with lovely flowers and planting. Breakfast is excellent, lots of hot food, fruit, salad, cereals and toast/buns, all are replenished regularly. There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi an 5 times a day, or you can use the free bike hire to explore the surrounding areas. Shops and restaurants all very close by, but the nearest ATM is about 2km away, (may change soon). We stayed for 1 month and had a fantastic time, definitely return next year.

This stay as a family of 5 was incredible! The staff are the most friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were not only tolerant but inclusive of our 3 young boys! The family room was spacious and clean and perfect location overlooking to pool and river! So many good restaurants in walking distance and such a beautiful beach just out the front door! We loved our stay!

The property is well situated close to the beach and easy access to the old city. Bikes are available for free. We walked into town each day, 4 kms and about 75 minutes (we are 60). An ba beach is an easy ride too. The staff are really helpful, lovely people.

Nice place for relaxation

Nice hotel in my opinion, spent the most of the time on the nearby beach, but the room had a nice terrace. You could borrow bikes, something we did.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The room was huge, the bathroom was clean and the resort is so peaceful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into town about 4 times a day, the times aren't super convenient but taxis were easy to find and very cheap. The restaurant food wasn't great but go into to town and there are heaps of beautiful restaurants. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Give it a miss

The resort is in desperate need of some TLC but I think this is reflected in the price you pay. Breakfast is great as long as you arrive by 7, otherwise the food stays for 3 hours and taking a late breakfast is not an option as everything is covered in flies. I arrived 9:45 one day and they had already packed up for true day. Coffee was available though: I took an evening trip to the marble mountains and was very angry to spend the first hour of the tour at a shop where owners were aggressively trying to sell you wares. They tried to fob me off with it’s a charity weekend but that was not the case, the charity market came later. I subsequently cancelled the following trip, I love buying the nick jacks on offer but this was truly something ekse and made me feel vulnerable. I took some room service the evening before departure and had to send the vanilla ice cream back because it was green. Next thing I know the resauant manager has been called in from his fathers funeral!!!!! To deal with the drama. The poor man was heart broken and I was livid that for the sake of 80 pence the man had been distressed so much. Finally when I came to check out, there were extra charges on my bill for spa treatments that I had already paid in cash directly to the spa, but honestly couldn’t be arsed with the battle given the previous evenings debacle so I paid the extra £8. Just about to leave and the receptionist starts going mad about a cup, said i had stolen it but it had been On RS tray!

해변이 매우 가까움

일단 해변이 엄청 가까워요. 걸어서 5분 정도.. 바로 앞에 강도 흐르고 내부 편의 시설은 괜찮은 편입니다. 사진에서 보는 것과는 다르게 리조트 내부 수영장이 큰 편입니다. 수영장은 아이들이 놀 수 있는 깊이와 어른들이 놀 만한 깊이로 구분되어져 있구요. 수영을하기에는 좁지만 물놀이하기에는 딱 좋은 크기입니다. 시설은 오래 된 편이지만 가성비는 괜찮아요. 공항까지 픽업서비스가 있는데 USD 44로 가격은 나쁘지 않은 것 같습니다만 저는 처음에 도착했을 때 통화가 안돼는 Usim을 구매하는 바람에 운전사랑 연락이 안돼서 30분 정도 기다렸어요.

Minutes from the beach away from all the hustle!

The River Beach is a few minutes walk from the beach but once inside the hotel it’s very peaceful. The hotel could do with some renovation to make it a bit more modern and the pool area needs a fix up. WiFi was really poor. Don’t expect to come here and stream anything (you can barely get emails)! Other than that you want to relax around the pool or go to the beach it’s ideal.
