Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of the city. Hotel is attached to a large shopping mall and close to atteactions.

I was very impressed by the level of service of all the staffs as well as the amenities the hotel has to offer. The rooms were impeccable and the connected shopping department store SSG was out of this world. Super convenient!

I wish the pillows are a bit softer and lower. And hope the shower does not change its own temperature if someone use the toilet/sink at the same time. I washed my hands while my gf took shower, and it almost burned her body. Everything else was exceptional. Thanks.

Couldn’t get a red wine with dinner staff said not allowed I said that’s crazy so he called security to check out the situation Continued dinning and finally could order a red wine Restaurant was fantastic and chief amazing The other restaurant staff need training

The hotel is so nice and the staff are so friendly and kind! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Wonderful stay!

A beautiful, modern and luxurious hotel. Our room overlooked the river giving a spectacular view. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Unfortunately, never made it to the fitness facility. Usually any stay, even at a five star hotel, comes with some flaws, but I can find no fault with this hotel.

The staff were courteous and accommodating. The connecting walkway to the mall was convenient. The rooms were incredible due to their cleanliness, amazing views of the expo, and amenities.

Could not enter swimming pool. No prior notice. Feels very small Breakfast was ok but there was an annoying wait. Yes it was a holiday but still expect something better at such high end hotel

New, clean hotel with friendly staff. However, it is hard to understand why the lobby is so small and takes 20 minutes before check-in. All guests who are trying to check-in are shoved in a small lobby for their turn to meet the check-in staff.
