Lovely hotel in downtown Dagupan. Clean room and facilities. Employees were courteous and polite. My only issue is that the AC takes a few minutes before the AC starts. Overall, a wonderful experience. And the included breakfast was great!!

the Room is very spacious and clean. However, needs some remodeling on the bathroom. Also the AC needs to be serviced. The food is great and yummy! The elevator is very tiny and located in a not good spot. The staff should be more friendly and attentive.

Paying extra for breakfast is worthwhile; the beef tapa breakfast and bacon breakfast are very good. Be aware that cleaning will not take place without the customer present in the room. It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies.

I’ve stayed here many times and I’m trying other hotels in the area this trip as well. In comparison, the Lenox is a better place. They are kind and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is decent and amenities are good. Our only complaint would be the hot water. We don’t need a hot shower, but a warm one would be nice. This most recent trip we only had cold water. The trip before, the tankless water heater kept tripping the breaker and all the lights would go out. Not a big deal, just a slight inconvenience.

I’ve stayed at the Lenox many times. The food in the restaurant is good and a good variety. Their service is fast and they’re very courteous. The beds are average, but rooms are very clean and modern. My only complaints are the inconsistent hot water in the shower. I don’t want hot water on a hot day, but you can’t get anything but cold. Slightly warmer would be nice. The sing in the bathroom said the hot water is solar heated, that must not work at night. The other issue is, they have conference rooms on every floor. This makes for excess noise outside the guest rooms. Most hotels dedicate floors for conference rooms. We had people ring our doorbell late at night when we were trying to sleep. Overall, we like the hotel but might try some of the other ones in the area, next time.
