"The hotel is a new building so everything is still pristine. The rooms can get a little drafty during windy days, as the main center of the building is open air. When it rained you could see the rain land on the railings. The staff was attentive and helpful, even with me being a foreigner. If I have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again, I definitely will! "

"The hotel is a good quiet area for family-oriented travelers. Staff is very accommodating to requests, even with a language barrier. Room is spotless, and well-kept, though room services request must be made each day to get trash picked up. Would recommend, and we look forward to staying here on our next visit to Tokyo."

"Staff was very welcome and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and right next to a train station so we did not have to walk far. A little outside of downtown Tokyo but we loved that."
