Their limited shuttle service cause me to have to stay at the grand Hyatt when I wish I could of stayed here again, I always book them here just because of the friendliness of the staff and the way we are treated, the rooms are a little outdated and recently a weird smell lol but I’m sure it would of beat the HORRIBLE service I had at the Grand Hyatt, again I wish the shuttle worked a little earlier because this place would ALWAYS have my business, I even have sent people to this property simply because the convenience and the friendliness.

Overall not a bad hotel, the pool is very nice in pictures, in person it needs a little update with the paint, you can definitely tell the pool hasn’t had some updates in years but the water was clean and clear. Breakfast was pretty decent, the hotel room keys only worked once per day before I would have to go back downstairs and have them re programmed, only to work once again. Overall not a bad stay for the price.

What I liked is that it was close to my destination. What I did not like is the failure for check-in and check-out staff that were unable to answer what I thought that were simple questions on the document that I was required to sign at check-in. I received a text from the property stating to let them know if I required any assistance during my stay. I asked 2 questions and still have not received a response almost a week later. Definitely do not recommend this property.
