"The staff was great but when we went to check out no one was around and I had to go behind the counter to get the exit code. Did not see it advertised but there is a free shuttle between downtown Charleston and the hotel- had we known we would not have rented a car for the weekend. The hotel is a little dated but lots of amenities, even in the cooler temps! Would stay again!"
