"Stayed here 5 times now as it's a great stopping point the cheaper side of the Swiss border. Always great amenities but the staff are not very welcoming. Shame as it's such a great hotel otherwise."

"Lovely Breakfast, worth the extra cost, Great Hotel, nice and quiet, and such a lovely friendly helpful Welcome 😊 However was a very Small room with a small bathroom, a bit too small.! Bed was awful, could feel ALL the lumpy Springs.! Got No Sleep 1st night due to bed being so terrible, so on the 2nd night we got an extra duvet cover to put on top of the mattress.! Otherwise, location was good and staff were excellent and property was clean!"

"We stayed 4 nights. It appears newly renovated . The room was a bit warm without opening the window (the central AC was not turned on yet)…But the staff did everything to make us comfortable, including moving to a different room. The hotel is central, close to restaurants and shopping. Parking is an issue, so consider hotel’s paid one but be sure to reserve a spot. "

"We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person! Windows and balcony door had automated blinds. Large free parking space was convenient. There's also a E.Leclerc supermarket and other shops within a 10 minute walk which was very convenient. Uber eats delivers to the location also. Euroairport (French side) was a five minute drive. Housekeeping is only provided once a week but cleaning supplies are provided. Aside from the pool issue, we had a good stay. "

"The listing states car parking available but it is a very small underground area with an acute bend to enter/exit .Paint work scratches on each wall shows only suitable for small cars.The listing should include a photo of the car park facility,I would Not have booked.No car parking available nearby so did not stay.No refund or good will gesture,"
