"Staff was not at all helpful for early check in even though there were few check outs happened in front of me. Sent a message to the hotel a week earlier that my flight will be in prior to the check in time (3pm local time) still no consideration. Buffet that I opted in was good so was 2 stars."

"Staff were wonderful. It was great being able to actually talk to someone regarding a booking. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Was great to see someone was always at the desk. Room was tidy and neat and bed was very comfortable. No complaints here. Will book there again if I’m ever needing to stay in that area. "

"Stayed in a 2bdrm suite. Spacious and bathrooms are conveniently attached to each bedroom . You can close off both bedrooms. The master ensuite is smaller than the 2nd bedroom ensuite. Housekeeping was great each day at an early hour. Stayed Thurs to Mon, the Sunday night was very noisy with roadworks till at least 2am which was unfortunate as impacted sleep before travel home, we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast buffet was standard, plenty of choice, no barista coffee. Close to everything and walking distance to Melb Central shopping. Overall hotel a bit dated but cleanliness is more important to me. Didn't use pool or gym. Would stay here again if I could secure a good deal."
