"Good location and well renovated building, with well appointed apartment. Timely communications enabled easy access. Alas, the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable, and there was no laundry available, despite this being listed on Expedia as the first item of ‘popular amenities’, and when asked the management agent’s suggestion was merely that there was a launderette in the town: 15 minutes drive away! Disappointing "
