"The accommodation was very well presented quality furnishing comfortable and everything we needed for the 4-day stay with my grandchildren. Staff where very helpful throughout our stay right from the initial welcome brief early booking in and VIP experience. Location was great just a short bus ride from the centre, the pools and hot tubs where well maintained and great for the kids to have plenty of fun. The grounds where immaculate with well manicured gardens. Whilst the onsite Thai restaurant offers good value and tasting food there's only so much Thai food you can eat.. The site would most benefit from an onsite coffee shop to support the communal areas otherwise I cannot fault the team, accommodation and facilities."

To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. A true 5* experience from start to end. "
