"I booked this hotel through the Hotels.com reservation site. I was very satisfied with the room itself — everything was clean, including the shower area. However, the hotel information on the site stated that there was an elevator, but there wasn’t one. Because of that, carrying my large and heavy suitcase up to the assigned room on the second floor was extremely difficult. If I had known there was no elevator, I would have requested a ground‑floor room. I would appreciate it if the hotel could clearly mention that there is no elevator."

"When getting my room key, I went upstairs to my room and noticed that house keeping did not clean the room. Like the previous guests had just left. Towels on the floor, toilet not flushed and the bed wasn’t tidy. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the room situation to the receptionist. He immediately apologized and tried to connect toa house keeping employee. With no luck, he issued me a whole new room. The second room was super clean and met the standards for a new guest. Overall, my stay for one night was amazing! One mistake did not diminish my expectations and i had a great time"

"The hotel staff and restaurant were excellent… The only complaint I would have is that we stayed there on a Saturday night and the street noise was very loud until two in the morning…"
