Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. "We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm"
