“숙소내부는 4인이상이 써도 될만큼 쾌적하고 넓었습니다. 1층 안내데스크에 계셨던 남자분께서 매우 친절하셨고 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 우리의 기분이나 좋은말씀들을 많이 해주셨다. 하지만 그 숙소에 머물 때 여성 안내원끄 택시를 한대 불러달라고 요청했으나 몇분이 지나도 아무 말이 없어서 언제오냐고 말씀을 드렸습니다. 하지만 5분뒤에 택시가 올것이라는 말과는 달리 15분이 지나도 오지않았고, 다시한번 나는 빨리가야하니 부탁드린다고 말씀 드렸으나 귀찮다는식의 반응을 보여 결국 40분을 넘게 기다린후 약속시간이 늦어 택시 취소를 하고 밖에나가서 따로 잡았습니다. 단순히 택시가 안와서 화난것이아니고 안내원의 태도가 불편했습니다. 또한 차가 많이 다니는곳에 위치해있어서 경적소리가 많이나서 시끄러웠던 점을 제외하고는 아주 만족스러운 호텔생활이었습니다!”
