Communication with the staff was outstanding throughout the entire process. Due to flight cancellations we needed to change our itinerary a couple of times. The staff was responsive, flexible and very helpful.

Could be nice but poor customer service. Poor level of English comprehension may be a reason. The staff who don't speak English either avoid or ignore you. This was very frustrating when trying to order vegetarian food and get the broken tv repaired.
