"This is our fourth stay at a Grecotel. Love their all inclusive package; staff at reception were exceptional and great service generally except in one speciality restaurant. Wifi in room hit and miss. We had problems with digital lock to our room which took days to sort; several times keys renewed, battery in lock changed etc etc. Overall a great stay."

"The only thing good about the resort is the ocean. The food is the worst I've ever eaten, bathroom needs major renovations. It's a shame the location is beautiful but the rooms, food are nothing to write home about. Some of the staff are nice but some are utterly rude. Dont let the picture deceive you. Read the reviews. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024.
