“The hotel is fairly basic, the rooms look a bit dated, there was a crack in my bath surround and some staining on the ceiling, but I believe the rooms are due for refurbishment shortly, so this is likely to improve. The parking is just over the road, and is free for as long as you're staying (you can come and go without registering again apparently). The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy. “Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. ”

“Parking was easy, breathtaking views! Room was slightly dated and had some dirt in the room such as dirty fingner print marks on the walls & mold on the shower sealant... Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. Also had confusion over my booking type as expedia allowed me to select the 'pay at property' option (which was more expensive) then the hotel took the money out...
