“nice clean room”

“I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. The check was smooth. The front desk guy was really helpful. The rooms was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future. ”

“The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. ”

“Breakfast wasnt the best ”

“The staff was super nice, everything beyond that was not great. The room had the window cracked and smelled of strong air freshener when we entered. There was visible dirt along the floor and spots on the blankets. I am not a bougie hotel person or very picky but l legit felt uncomfortable and probably should have asked for another room bit it was already late & a last minute on the way stop to break up a road trip with two young kids. The pool was not great either in terms of looking clean....

“Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed....

“Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

“The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

“Sheets were very DINGY….”

“When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.”

“It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit ”

“Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. ”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...
