โRoom was clean, and spacious. It's beyond expectation. A wifi service was only available in lobby, it 's too bad. The breakfast was satisfying. I want to recommamd this hotel to visitors who don't care location, and wifi service.โ
โAvoid this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been. In the middle of winter, the heater in the room went off. I asked the reception to repair but nothing was done. Breakfast was poor. There is nothing I can do around the gotel. No shops, bars...The worst worst hotel. Please never ever book this hotel.โ
โMy hotels kept getting better and this one topped the lot. It was a huge apartment, with a queen bed, two seat sofa, large TV, table with two seats. The bathroom was super modern & the shower had both kinds of nozzles. There was even a full size bath. Did I mention it also had a mini kitchenette, complete with stovetop, microwave, fridge & dishwasher. Amazing! Loved it.โ
โThe hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. The location of the hotel is also good (there are many tram lines passing by). However, when I checked in and entered the room, I didn't feel good. (Because the premium room picture I saw on Hotels.com when I made the reservation was very different from the actual room condition.) They need to correct their mistake.
