“The floor of our room was absolutely filthy. It was not swept or mopped. Dog hair all over the floor. I had to wipe the floor and rinsed the rag 4 times and still wouldn't walk on it without shoes. Kinda sad, this place has great potential and a great layout. Mattress is brick hard and new towels are needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, so that is a plus. Please get new housekeepers.”
