"Friendly and helpful staff from the day you enter and leave from a smooth check in process to making sure your room is clean and never run out of towels, yakatas, etc. Breakfast sets were delicious and healthy at Komeda (connected to the hotel) with the soft fluffy toast, red bead spread, and yogurt with honey (to kick start that gut with all the delicious food to eat around Asakusa) Loved the public bath! Great to soak and relax after a day of fun and all the walking. Will book again when I come back to Japan!"

"This hotel is wonderful! It’s a short walk away from the asakusa station, which can get you to both Narita and Haneda airports and to places like Shibuya and Ginza. It’s very close to senso-ji shrine and asakusa’s numerous shops without being right along the crowded tourist hotspot areas. There’s a beautiful rooftop you can access if you’re a guest. The room was spacious for Tokyo standards, modern, and startlingly quiet. I had breakfast in the morning included and it was pretty good- you get one main egg dish, a drink, and access to a buffet of breakfast items like premium jams, quiche, fruits, cereals, and breads. It was a pricy breakfast for Japan but offered views of Taito and the Skytree. All in all, I really enjoyed it and wish I could have stayed longer!"

"There was a laundry room in the hotel so it was handy. Not too far from JR ginza line so transport was good. There was no fridge in the room but not a major."
