"This hotel caters to American and European tourists. If you are looking to eat pretty much the same things you would at home then this is the place for you. We prefer a Japanese style breakfast, of which there was not even a crumb at breakfast. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, the service here was the worst. Compared to service in a typical American hotel, the service is wonderful. Pluses are large room size for Tokyo and really great neighborhood with easy access to transportation and lots to do within walking distance. Negatives are mediocre-poor service (for Japan), Catering to tourists and no Japanese food choices. "

"The staff are friendly and supportive. The walking distance between the hotel and subway station is about 10 minutes which is reasonable. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The only limitation is the number of washing machines available for guests. There are only three for all to share. I will recommend this hotel."
